pk57 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to a payment method verified by KYC in the Player's name.

pk57's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk57 does not warrant that: (a) the Services will be available at all times or without interruption; (b) any particular game outcome or sports result will be achieved; (c) any technical malfunction will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Players are advised that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and past performance is not indicative of future results.
All content on the pk57 platform — including but not limited to the pk57 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of pk57 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any right to use pk57's intellectual property for any commercial purpose or without prior written consent.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the pk57 Services for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence terminates immediately upon the closure or suspension of your pk57 account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk57's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and pk57 in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pk57 support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by pk57 at the time of the dispute. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents pk57 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms, particularly in relation to fraud, security, or intellectual property matters.
